Find Your Stride
In Movement and in Life.
You’re a women in midlife and still the one people count on, the doer, the steady one, the person who notices the details and gets things done.

You've been settling for comfort-zone races and easier goals because they fit around everything and everyone that relies on you.

But deep down what you really want to do is cross bigger finish lines again and feel stronger and bolder, and more like yourself for doing it!

You’ve done hard things before, but lately, your own bold goals keep getting pushed to the edges of a very full life.
This is for you if...
Chicago Marathon popped up on your Instagram, you got excited because this is a bucket list race for you, yet you didn’t register because you’re not sure you will have the time between all the to dos on your list and with all there is to do on a given day, will you have the energy to train with intention?

After a long week with work, driving pick ups, run workouts, you book that spa day to recharge you, but if you're honest, it doesn't help you relax.
You’ve been running the same 4 to 5 miles three times a week thinking this base running will help you jump back into training for something more challenging someday you are ready but someday never comes.

You’re afraid to try something new at this stage in life because you think you'll get that hip pain again, or worried your knees aren't the same as they were 20 years ago.
You’re used to being everyone else's coach in your life so that your loved ones are supported and get to where they want to go and forget to do the same for yourself.

You CAN cross bigger finish lines and feel stronger and bolder as you age AND still show up for the people who count on you.
Stride Forward Coaching helps you stop postponing your goals and aspirations so you can start moving toward something that’s yours again, while still doing all the things you do for the people who rely on you.

Running Should Move You, Not just fit your schedule.
Stop checking the box. Start training toward something that matters.
If your running has started feeling like something you’re just checking off your to-do list, rather than something that challenges or excites you, it’s a red flag that you’ve been settling for what fits instead of going after what you really want.

Running shouldn’t feel like something you check off, it should feel like something you’re intentionally moving toward.
Through my 1:1 Stride Forward Coaching, you will:
Stop signing up for the same easy races that bore you and train for races that actually challenge and inspire you.

Build in supported strength training in a way that supports your running and does not exhaust you.
You’ll stop piecing together workouts and start following a meaningful plan that works for where you are in your life.

Trust your body again and feel confident in what you’re capable of.

Create time for yourself without guilt.
You can still be the person everyone relies on AND still show up fully for the goal that’s calling you.
Because your goals deserve the same dedication you give so generously to everyone else.
The Stride Forward Approach
Where Intentional run training meets real-life mindset coaching
Stride Forward is built in the belief that movement in both your body and in your life go hand in hand. When you move forward on your run, you start to move forward everywhere else. Through a combination of intentional run training and goal-focused coaching, we work on both. What you want to go after in your running AND what you want to go after in your life because they are connected.

If your desire to go after your bucket-list race like the Chicago Marathon is often followed by hesitation to “feel more ready” or guilt because you think this will take you away from your other meaningful commitments.
Do I have the time? I am responsible for sports pick up, dinner, big project at work, and school fundraiser this fall, should I be focusing on this right now?

As a Certified Master Coach, I also guide you, and together, we:
-
get clear on what you want and why it matters
-
define what it will feel like to achieve it
-
move through the feelings of unreadiness to start anyway
-
and break it down into simple, doable steps that fit into your real life.
So you can still show up for the people who matter most, while finally showing up for yourself, too. This isn’t about adding more to do’s on your list. It’s about creating something that energizes you so that you can move through your life feeling stronger, clearer, and more confident. And we do all of this while you’re training for a meaningful race and creating a future that excites you.
Because running becomes the vehicle. The forward motion on the run is what helps propel you forward in your life.

We Don’t Ignore the Fear. We Coach Through It
You might be thinking:
-
Can I still train for something bigger at this stage?
-
What if I get injured?
-
I’ll start when I feel more ready…

That’s normal. And it’s exactly why coaching matters. We get clear on what you want, work through the hesitation, and start moving forward anyway one step at a time. Because the confidence you’re looking for comes from doing it, not waiting for it.

Running Becomes Your Space Again
Not just another thing to do. You let go of the logistical lists and daily timelines in your head and start to focus on the process, breathing intentionally to be grounded in the workout, remember the goals you are going after and you reconnect with yourself. Because for many women in midlife, running can be the only place that’s truly theirs.

This Is About More Than the Race
You’ll train for something bigger and you’ll cross a new finish line. But what matters most is what happens through the process.
Working with me, you start:
-
creating time for yourself (without guilt)
-
following through on something that’s yours
-
building confidence in your body again
-
and remembering what you’re capable of

Our Sisterhood Speaks

"Don't think, Just Go."
Audra joined the Stride Forward Group Coaching at a turning point in her life. With one son already out in the world and another in college, she was ready to explore what her next chapter could look like.

She had always loved running, but like many women, had stayed close to what felt familiar, her local races and routines that fit her life.

Through Stride Forward, Audra reconnected with the inner self. Through a character strength exercise, she discovered her strength of zest for life and embraced it full on by bringing her creativity back to the surface.

Originally planning to run only the half marathon in Key West, Audra felt the support of the group and decided to go for more but took on the “Big Pecker Challenge” of Key West that included an 8K race the day before.

But her transformation went far beyond the race. Audra started a painting class. She designed the group’s retreat brochure and she brought that energy, curiosity, and connection into every session.

Audra became a leader within the group by helping others move from hesitant to bold with her signature mantra: “Don’t think, just go.” The connections she built were so strong that when the group finally met in person, she was most excited to see something simple, but meaningful:

How tall everyone actually was because you can’t gauge that on zoom! Stride Forward helped Audra move from staying in what was familiar to fully stepping into what was possible and trying new hobbies that excited her.

From "No Time for Me' to "Time That's Mine - Guilt Free"
Stacy came in feeling like she had no time for herself. She was navigating a divorce, showing up for her two teenage children and all of their activities, while also starting a new job, nothing stressful at all! Through all of this, she knew she wanted something that was hers, but was feeling guilty for seeking it out at a time when life was most busy..

She set her sights on a destination 8K in Key West, she had never trained for that distance before, nor had she traveled alone. Two big, bold moves.

Through Stride Forward, she carved out 5 hours a week that were guilt-free “me time” to follow a plan she could actually stick to. Through goal-setting coaching, she learned how to prioritize herself without guilt.

Stacy chose the distance that pushed her and traveled on her own for the first time. She built connections, felt accountable, and took ownership for herself in a way she never had before.

This wasn’t just about running for Stacy, she reclaimed herself and felt even closer and more dedicated to her children.

Empowering Mantras That Illuminated Our Paths and Strengthen Our Bonds
These empowering mantras carried sisters through challenges, united our spirits, and reminded them we were never alone in our journey.
Don’t think just go
Comparison is the thief of joy
Who am I, if I am not that?
How you feel now is not how you will feel soon.
Safe, supportive space, common ground of women
The light in me sees the light in you.
Embrace the suck.
Meet Jenn Pellegrini
Hi, I’m Jenn.

I help women in midlife stop settling for routine runs and start training for something that actually excites them again.

I’ve run all the big races—New York City, Chicago, Marine Corps, Boston (6.5 months pregnant) and more. I’ve chased bold goals and crossed big finish lines.
And I’ve also had seasons where running had to fit into real life to include family schedules, work, and being the one everyone else depends on.
I understand both sides. And what I’ve learned is that running becomes the place where you figure things out. It’s where you clear your head. Where you make decisions.
Where you come back to yourself. And when you have a goal that actually matters to you… everything shifts.
As an RRCA run coach and Certified Master Coach, I don’t just give you a plan.

I build a clear, personalized approach that integrates your running, strength, and recovery so that everything works together instead of competing for your energy.

We focus on training that fits into your life and not overtake it so that you can stay consistent, create time for yourself without guilt, and actually follow through.

So, you’re not just getting your runs in, you’re going after something that’s yours again.

If you’ve been getting your runs in but quietly craving a goal that feels bigger, bolder, and more like you again — you’re in the right place.
